Starting in the spring of 2018, Radix developed a Co-op program in partnership with the University of Akron and Cleveland State University. This program focuses on the development of transferable skills, exposing the student to all pertinent Radix systems, with a focus on Product and Process Engineering and Development. The students attain hands-on experience throughout multiple units of manufacturing such as Quality, Operations, and Engineering. Students also achieve valuable first hand ISO experience.
