Keith Nootbaar President and Chief Executive Officer
Keith Nootbaar brings more than 15 years of successful executive leadership experience to Radix Wire. Mr. Nootbaar is also an outside director for Minco Technology Labs in Austin, Texas. Over his career Mr. Nootbaar has held executive level business leadership roles for Honeywell International in Plymouth, MN, Johnstech International in Minneapolis, MN, SemiSouth Laboratories in Starkville, MS, ON Semiconductor in Phoenix, AZ, and ROHM Electronics in Plano, TX. He has extensive domestic and international business experience leading to a track record of growth for those businesses that he has led.
Mr. Nootbaar is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a BS Electrical Engineering. He has completed the Executive Strategic Marketing Management Program at the University of Chicago Graduate School Of Business and extensive graduate study in Electrical Engineering at the University of Minnesota.. Mr. Nootbaar has been awarded two U.S. patents and had published numerous technical articles.
Steve Demko CFO
Steve Demko has over 20 years of senior financial experience. Just prior to joining Radix he served as CFO of AFC Industries, a distributor of specialty fasteners. He was also CFO at Chancellor University, a private equity sponsored investment where he teamed with management to incubate and successfully sell the Jack Welch Management Institute. Mr. Demko teamed with Rockwood Equity Partners in 2001 in the purchase and buildup of Hunter Defense Technologies, serving as the company’s CFO from 2001 to 2009. During his tenure there he worked with three private equity firms and participated in the acquisition and integration of multiple transactions over a period during which the company’s revenues grew more than 15-fold. Mr. Demko has also held a variety of senior financial positions with ABB Ltd. and Corrpro Companies. His early career was spent in public accounting at Arthur Andersen & Co. and Price Waterhouse, LLP. Mr. Demko received a BS in Accounting from The University of Dayton and is a CPA (inactive).
Anthony Pallotta Vice President of Operations
Anthony Pallotta brings more than 20 years of successful operational leadership experience to Radix Wire. He has a proven track record of accomplishments and progressive experience in achieving revenue, cost, productivity and delivery goals in a broad range of supply chain functions. Mr. Pallotta has demonstrated ability to leverage deep knowledge and understanding of the lean enterprise philosophy with continuous improvement expertise while developing and implementing measurable and actionable operational strategies. Over his career he has held leadership roles for Lear Siegler Inc. formally in Maple Heights OH, Perfection Corporation in Madison OH, and Alpha Technologies in Akron, OH.
He is a graduate of Kennedy-Western University with a Master’s in Business Administration. He is a member of ISM (Institute for Supply Mgmt) as well as APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) where he has earned their Certified Supply Chain Professional certification.
Bill Thomas Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Mr. Thomas has been in the high technology industry for over 35 years. He started his career designing military communications equipment. Mr. Thomas transitioned to sales with AMD and subsequently held sales positions with AMCC and Sierra Semiconductor. Mr. Thomas was instrumental in developing and leading the sales department for QED, resulting in sales surpassing $200M. QED IPO’d and was purchased by PMC Sierra for 2.3B$. He has been involved with 3 IPOs and 2 M&As. Most recently he was Global Sales VP for Johnstech International. Bill holds a BSEE from the Univ of Florida.
Pam Kochman Human Resource Manager
Pam Kochman is a Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience. She started her career at Radix in 1994 and has been in her current role as Human Resources Manager since 2005. Ms. Kochman received her PHR certification in Human Resources from HRCI in 2007. She is on the Employer Advisory Board for Towards Employment in Cleveland, Ohio, which is a non-profit organization providing assistance to job seekers with employment barriers. Ms. Kochman is also a notary public for the State of Ohio and an active member of SHRM.
Tony Scarfo Quality Systems Manager
Tony Scarfo has been the Quality Systems Manager for Radix Wire since 2008. Mr. Scarfo is responsible for establishing, directing and coordinating the formal Quality Management System including the quality assurance processes, methods, tools and practices. He was previously the Quality Assurance Manager for Porter Engineered Systems in Solon, Ohio, Morse Controls in Hudson, Ohio and Park-Ohio Logistics in Euclid, Ohio. He has experience implementing and maintaining quality management systems in various industries such as industrial distribution, Control cable manufacturing and automotive seating components. Mr. Scarfo is a graduate of Ohio University with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics. He holds certifications from the ASQ as a Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Quality Technician. He has been a member of the ASQ (American Society for Quality) since 1991.
