CONSTRUCTION Flexible stranded, ASTM Class H, or Class K, 27% nickel coated copper conductors. Reinforced mica insulation tape wraps. Closely woven fiberglass braid conductor jacket, color-coded with high temperature tracers woven into the braid, the color sequence to ICEA S-19-81, Table K-4. Multiple insulated wires are cabled together with a uniform left-hand twist. Where necessary, flame and heat resistant fiberglass fillers. Flame barrier of reinforced mica tapes. Moisture and fluid barrier of heat sealed PTFE tape. Heavy-duty braided fiberglass jacket with high temperature finish. Optional wire braid armor of stainless steel, nickel plated copper or other suitable material. Electrostatic shielding and drain as needed.
