CONSTRUCTION
Flexible stranded, ASTM Class H, or Class K, nickel plated copper conductors.
Fused PTFE Teflon* tape forming a solid dielectric barrier.
Additional served fiberglass insulation with a heat and moisture resistant finish.
Closely woven fiberglass braid conductor jacket, color-coded with high temperature tracers woven into the braid, colored in sequence to ICEA S-19-81, Method 2, Table K-4.
Where necessary, flame and heat resistant fiberglass fillers.
Insulated wires are cabled together with a left-hand twist with a fiber binder and fused PTFE Teflon tapes applied over the assembled conductors.
Braided K-fiber jacket with high temperature finish.
Optional wire braid armor of alloy 304 stainless steel.
COMPLIANCE
Passes the modified IEEE-383, 210,000 BTU Vertical Flame Test.
