CONSTRUCTION
Annealed, tinned copper conductors, Class B Stranded per ASTM B8.
Extruded fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) insulation.
Circuit identification to NEMA standard HP-100.
Multiple conductors cabled together to a uniform length of lay.
Fillers, when necessary, of flame impervious fiber.
Binder tape of heat resistant non-hygroscopic material. Optional laminated electrostatic shield, with tinned copper drain wire is available.
Printed Nomex* marker tape is laid under the jacket.
Extruded fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) outer jacket.
Electrostatic shielding and drain as needed.
COMPLIANCE
Single conductors meet requirements of NEMA HP 100 and 100.1 standards.
Single conductors pass UL VW-1 Flame Test.
Passes IEEE-383 Vertical Cable Tray Fire Test.
