Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR)

Thermoplastic rubber has properties (including good abrasion resistance) similar to those of vulcanized (thermosetting) rubbers, with the advantage of being processed like thermoplastics, including extrusion over wire. Like many conventional rubber materials, TPR is highly resistant to oils, chemicals, ozone and other environmental factors. Has low water absorption and excellent electrical properties. Very flexible for easy handling, cutting, stripping. Radix does not offer TPR-insulated products.
