Because of our broad product line, we can satisfy most applications with standard product offerings. However, if the application demands it, we can also design custom insulating systems using the same state-of-the-art equipment and materials. Our company has achieved remarkable success in global marketing. In 1995, Radix was presented the Governor's Award for Export Excellence by Governor George Voinovich of Ohio. Beginning with sales to Asian appliance assembly contractors in the 80s, the organization has established relationships with OEM appliance manufacturers in Hong Kong, China, Mexico, England, Australia, and Canada. To assure the best possible service, all wire and cable requests are handled from the outset by an experienced technical representative with responsibility for everything from product design to quoting. In this way, even the most complex requests for quotes can be answered quickly, while most RFQs for standard or modified products can be handled on the same call or within hours. To expedite production, we maintain two separate manufacturing facilities, using cell manufacturing to focus complete production responsibility with specific production teams. This approach improves quality and throughput while also allowing us to manufacture custom wire and cable quickly and efficiently.
